Zip Water has expanded its HydroTap colour offering with the introduction of Brushed Bronze, alongside broader availability of Brushed Brass and Brushed Gunmetal across the HydroTap range.

The update reflects a clear shift in contemporary kitchen and utility design, where tapware is no longer treated as a purely functional detail. Instead, finishes are being selected with the same level of care as stone, cabinetry, appliances and hardware. The result is a more resolved material palette, where every element contributes to the overall architectural language of the space.

Brushed Bronze has been introduced to the residential HydroTap range as a warm, design-led finish suited to both contemporary and classic interiors. With its soft depth and tonal warmth, the finish responds to the growing preference for natural, enduring schemes that feel considered rather than trend-driven.

The expansion also sees Brushed Brass and Brushed Gunmetal made available across the broader HydroTap range, following their initial launch with the Celsius Plus range in 2025. Both finishes have seen strong demand, particularly among specifiers looking for greater consistency across kitchen, scullery, laundry and utility spaces.

For architects, designers and homeowners, the expanded finish range creates more freedom at specification stage. HydroTap’s instant filtered boiling, chilled and sparkling water functionality can now be integrated into a wider variety of interiors without compromising the visual intent of the space.

“At Zip Water, staying ahead of the trends is what we see as a core component of our ongoing success,” says Ben Slocombe, Marketing and Innovation Director at Zip Water. “That is why we have expanded our colour range to include warmer brushed tones such as Brushed Bronze, complemented by the continued availability of Brushed Brass and Brushed Gunmetal. The initial feedback has been incredibly strong, and we’re excited to see how these new colours are specified and used across a range of spaces.”

The expanded HydroTap colour range reinforces Zip Water’s position within premium kitchen and utility design, where performance, reliability and visual integration must work together. As brushed metallic finishes continue to define contemporary interiors, the new range gives specifiers a more refined way to align water technology with the surrounding material palette.
