Translating to “legs” in Japanese, ASHI embodies a wine's full characteristics from cork to glass boasting a wide variety of hand selected labels from around the world. This collection is one a kind so we designed it as such. With custom tailored oyster and charcuterie pairing menus, to unique boulders carefully specified for elevated aerating, ASHI brings a truly remarkable tasting experience to the tastebuds and the senses.
