DuracoreSilent® was selected for this Wonder Group project as a quieter hard flooring option in the new BLUNT showroom in Remuera. By using DuracoreSilent® (Milford Sound) on the stairs and upper mezzanine in place of the originally specified carpet tile, acoustic requirements were still hit while adding a timber look to the huge old warehouse space of exposed brick and concrete.

Not only does DuracoreSilent® reduce sound transfer between floors, it also reduces that ambient 'bouncing around noise', especially needed with large volume spaces like this one.
