Beaumont Quarter is a 258-unit medium density residential complex in Freemans Bay, Auckland. Made up of a combination of town-hosues and multi-level apartments, it's located just walking distance to Victoria Park, the CBD, up to Ponsonby, beaches and the Viaduct.

A much-loved hub for city living and perhaps years ahead of it's time, Beaumont is established, beautifully kept, peaceful and highly sought after.

This particular project is one of the 3-4 level townhouses with views to the Sky Tower. DuracoreSilent Aoraki was selected to reduce sound between neighbors but also between levels within the home - sound generated by 3 teenagers and 46 stairs helped determine this.

Acoustic advantage (to meet G6 IIC55) was the key driver when choosing her new floor, however good looks was a very close second. After seeing the flooring at her friends home in Grey Lynn, our client was impressed with the grain patterns and low matte finishes of DuracoreSilent mimicking real wood.
