This full architectural reclad and home renovation project has come up superb.

Originally clad with 20mm of solid plaster on timber frame and bricks on internal decks that had weather tightness issues.

Most of the decks have now been converted to roofs and the solid plaster was removed with most of the brickwork. This has been replaced with vertical cedar supplied by Hermpac on 20mm cavity.

All joinery has been replaced along as the old metal tile roof which is now T-rib colour steel. The dated roof light was changed to a large skylight allowing sea views and natural light from the top of the stairs.

Inside all of the bathrooms were renovated along with a new kitchen, hardwood flooring, new hardwood decks and new garage doors to bring this 25-year-old house right up to date, not only aesthetically but to meet the current building code and E2 requirements.
