Gipps Street Residence brought to life the clever design of Warren Haasnoot of Curious Practice, imagining this minimalist extension to the rear of a perfect terrace in Carrington for owners Ryan & Jess.

Carefully considered construction methodology was critical in achieving the unique design features of the glazed connection from old to new, exposed rafter ceilings, dividing internal garden and outdoor courtyard whilst being built boundary to boundary. The design and delivery made this beautiful home a benchmark for a modern day terrace.
