Situated in the heart of Toorak, this residential renovation at Glyndebourne is an amalgamation of old and new. Heavily focused around contemporary interventions which work with the heritage of the home.

Steel doors and windows, rich timber and stone in a monochromatic palette, with an emphasis on detailing drove the design outcome; each selection being curated to respect the context, whilst integrating the needs and aesthetic of contemporary living.

The architectural interventions emphasised strong linearity and open-plan interventions to enable the home to evolve and become more practical for the young family.

Throughout each space within the home, the materials cohesively tie together themes of the original home, creating calming, renewed and updated spaces, tailored to the needs of the clients.
