This sophisticated residence features carefully curated lighting throughout—selected and installed by Coastal Connections—to accentuate the home’s distinctive architectural features and natural material textures. Light grazes gently across timber and brick surfaces, enhancing the natural beauty and form of the design.

Coastal Connections delivered a full electrical installation, ensuring seamless functionality across all systems. This included integrated security and access control systems for peace of mind, as well as a robust data network to support the home’s technology needs.

Designed for lifestyle and entertainment, Greenhithe House includes expansive outdoor living spaces, a swimming pool, tennis court, snooker room, and internal gym. A premium multi-room audio system is installed throughout, using discreet James Loudspeaker units with custom grilles that blend effortlessly into the home’s elegant timber ceilings.
