Who doesn’t love to escape to the beach? The Heyley project is geared toward creating a haven from the hectic pace of day-to-day life.

Situated only a short walk from the beach the home has been designed with a laid-back, modern coastal quality that’s hard not to love.Two sustainably built modules envelope three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open living area with freestanding fireplace.

Constructed to adhere to a BAL 29 the exterior is robust yet reflective of its natural location with the addition of accent timber pergolas and decking.

An off grid solar power and battery storage system eliminates operating costs of the home and adds to the overall environmental sustainability, The Heyley Project occupies a minimal footprint, but still offers maximum flexibility for a young family to enjoy a relaxing coastal escape.
