A full residential renovation and addition to a historic Victorian home in Inman Park, Atlanta, GA. The renovation includes a complete reworking of the interior design, an 880sf addition at the rear of the house (creating a new kitchen, master bathroom, master closet, and guest room), a garden shed, and new exterior terraced patios and landscape. Designed to be compatible with the historic residence, the addition was carefully documented for a tax credit program administered by Georgia Historic Preservation division.
