Designing a space for two businesses, each with unique and specific brand identities presented some challenges, but overwhelmingly, brought an incredible opportunity to create a truly unique hybrid workplace. Through the adoption of shared meeting rooms, board rooms and breakout spaces we have produced the perfect blend of us, them and we.

In a market where office space demands a premium, we, together with both clients, found a solution which allowed not only some cost savings but also added value by sharing certain parts of their space. With businesses that share values and ethos we saw it as an opportunity to cross these parts of the office and create a truly open environment. We see this is a real trend going forward, but it is all about finding the right groups to work with and delivering a product that has both groups image in mind.
