Set to become a major new hub for sport and recreation, the centre brings together high-performance training and community leisure under one roof. The complex includes a 50-metre, 10-lane competition pool and dedicated diving pool, alongside a large aquatic leisure zone with five hydroslides, fitness facilities and nine indoor courts — positioning it to host local, national and international events.

Tile supply was coordinated by our South Island Architectural Sales Representative, Richard Nightingale, with finishes selected to support both performance and durability across the facility. It was a pleasure to work alongside Warren and Mahoney and Milano Tiling to help bring the project to life, with Durastone Charcoal and Steel Grey Brushed laid in a staggered, multi-sized pattern across external walkways and the main foyer. Pool surrounds are finished in Cesi glazed porcelain in Nero Black Satin (200x600), while Talco White Gloss and Studio White Gloss bring brightness to bathroom areas, complemented by Rimini Green (200x200) across accessway and walkway walls.
