As part of the client's requirements, the fitout was designed and installed in order to create a healthy, efficient, productive and environmentally sustainable building and to meet Green Star Office Interiors 2009 5 Star rating. This was achieved by both sustainable and energy-saving features, including materials, appliances, building services and BMS system. Although a limited palette of materials was used through the building the consistent use of graphics and timber elements create a comprehensive modern feel to the building.
