This new waterfront home for an empty nest couple interprets design cues from Spanish Colonial architecture in a modern way - most notably the dramatic window wall bathing the stair in natural light. A warm material palate rich in texture creates a comfortable, functional home for everyday life, while large windows and outdoor living spaces connect to the lake just steps away.
