Designed by local architect Tina Lidner, the homes have been meticulously finished to fit the heritage coastal vibes of the existing streetscape while ensuring that modern functionality and liveability is respected.

The homes playfully change from cathedral ceilings to 3.6m high ceilings throughout the dwellings. Natural light filters through the full height windows and well-placed skylights making these homes a joy to inhabit. A contemporary and classy interior is achieved through a mixture of wall panelling, grey tundra stone and American oak floors.
